One of England’s greatest ever cricketers. He took 604 test wickets before retiring in July 2023. Stuart helps manage the PR of the company. He loves nothing more than a glass of red wine and roast beef by the fire in either of the pubs!

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Like Stuart, Harry is an ex England, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire cricketer. Harry is MD of the company, leading a team of talented and passionate senior managers and driving growth. Since retirement from cricket in May 2021 Harry has grown the turnover of the company from £1.2m to over £6.5m.

NON-EXEC DIRECTOR

Lee founded Peach Pubs in 2002 with The Rose & Crown in Warwick, completing a successful sale of 21 pubs to Revolution bars in 2022 for £16.5m. He joined the Cat & Wickets team in 2020 as a mentor to Harry in his role as MD and now works on projects to help create the most successful Gastro Pubs in the East Midlands. He is an investor in the business and sits on the board as NED

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT & BRANDING

Avril leads the development of food, drink and brand across the Cat & Wickets pubs, ensuring everything reflects the quality and character the company is known for. She works closely with the kitchen and senior team to evolve menus, shape the guest experience and maintain consistency as the company grows. Avril brings a deep understanding of hospitality and brand, always balancing creativity with what guests genuinely want from a great pub.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Jack oversees the day-to-day operations of the pubs, working closely with General Managers and teams to ensure exceptional standards of service, food and atmosphere. He plays a key role in developing teams, improving performance and supporting the continued growth of the business. Jack is passionate about creating pubs people want to return to time and time again.

HEAD OF MARKETING

Anna leads the marketing and creative direction for the Cat & Wickets pubs, shaping how the brand is seen and experienced both online and in person. She oversees campaigns, digital presence and guest communications, helping ensure each pub feels individual while remaining part of the wider Cat & Wickets story. Anna is passionate about storytelling, photography and bringing the personality of the pubs to life.

HEAD OF PEOPLE

Laura leads recruitment, training and team development across the company, helping build the culture that sits at the heart of Cat & Wickets. She works closely with managers and teams to support wellbeing, progression and consistency across all sites. Laura is passionate about creating an environment where people feel valued and proud to work.

HEAD OF IT

Ian leads the technology strategy across the Cat & Wickets pubs, working to ensure the business is as forward-thinking and efficient as possible. Alongside his role at FOX ITC, he supports the development and integration of systems that improve operations, guest experience and future scalability. Ian plays a key role in helping the company embrace technology while maintaining the warmth and personality of a great pub.
